Dimafix Pen (90 ml) is a new product that has the same adhesive properties as Dimafix spray , which is a very effective adhesive spray for better surface adhesion depending on temperature - adhesivity grows above 65 ° C. After the printing is complete, after the pad cools down, the model can be easily removed from the print pad. Dimafix Pen is liquid as opposed to Dimafix spray. It does not contain any gas and is environmentally friendly. He does not smell during the print.
Will last more than 100 uses. It is soluble in water and is therefore easy to clean.
Instructions for use:
1. Clean the printer printing area. Make sure the temperature is less than 50 ° C on the print pad!
2. Shake the adhesive stick Dimafix Pen for a few seconds, then apply it by spraying to a (unheated) print pad from a distance of about 30 cm.
3. Wait for a few seconds before the surface dries before heating the pad to the desired temperature. Choose the temperature according to the chosen type of filament and working temperatures of Dimafix, see the table below. The product only starts to work optimally at a temperature above 65 ° C.
If the pad is heated, you can start printing.
4. After printing a 3D object, wait for the print bed to cool (t Bed & lt; 65 ° C). Carefully remove the printed model from the print pad.
Sprinkle adhesion by looking at the pad temperature:
