Na rozdíl od jiných otěruvzdorných trysek má konstrukce ObXidianu z měděné slitiny podobný tepelný výkon jako mosaz, což z ní dělá skutečnou přímou náhradu. Stačí použít stejné profily v sliceru jako pro vaše mosazné trysky.

    Tryska V6 ObXidian

    Díky odolnosti proti opotřebení, která je o řády vyšší než u jakékoli jiné trysky E3D, je ObXidian skutečně tvrdý. O několik řádů tvrdší než tryska X a skutečně jakákoli jiná běžná tryska z tvrzené oceli. Toho je dosaženo spojením vložky z nástrojové oceli s naším novým povlakem E3DLC™. Tento speciálně formulovaný povlak také vnáší nepřilnavé vlastnosti do samotné trysky. Což znamená podstatně méně usazenin plastu kolem trysky.

    Upozornění:

    • Nedoporučujeme používat abrazivní materiály s průměrem trysky menším než 0,4 mm.
