Tryska Phaetus PS-M6 z tvrzené oceli (0,8 mm, 1,75 mm) je prémiová OEM tryska navržená pro abrazivní a vysokoteplotní 3D tisk. Je vyrobena z tvrzené oceli a nabízí výjimečnou odolnost proti opotřebení a tepelnou stabilitu pro zpracování pokročilých kompozitních filamentů a technických plastů. Klíčové vlastnosti * Tvrdost nad HRC60 pro minimální opotřebení i u abrazivních materiálů. * Teplotní odolnost až do 450 °C pro náročné filamenty, jako je PEEK. * Hrot bez otřepů a ultra hladké vnitřní vrtání (Ra < 0,4 µm) pro spolehlivou extruzi. * Tolerance průměru ±0,01 mm a kruhovitost ≤ 0,02 mm. * Kompatibilní s hotendy M6, včetně Phaetus Dragon, Dragonfly, E3D V6 a jejich klonů.
