Effects and textures
With Vallejo paints you can create different effects and textures on your models:
Textures are pastes for creating a white texture from finely ground pigments and acrylic resin. You can apply it either with a brush, roller or spatula. Before the paste dries, it can be shaped into the desired structure. Drying then depends on the thickness of the layer.
Wash Shadde are thin acrylic paints with pigment suitable for shading. The paint is thinner, so it will only flow into the crevices of the models and will not stick to the raised surface. This will create a shading effect.
Game Effects are acrylic paints for simulating, for example, dried blood, copper or rust.
Water Effects are gels and pastes simulating the appearance of water and other liquids. You can use them to create sea waves, calm ponds, lava, mud, etc.
