Nylon fiber is extremely strong, durable and versatile printing 3D printers. Flexible when thin layer, but with a very high adhesion between the layers. Its low coefficient of friction and high temperature melting is an excellent choice for the functional and technical printing elements. Unlike the ABS and PLA fiber Nylon FX256 much less brittle and therefore more powerful.
Nylon is often hard to hold a press pad. To increase the adhesion proved the best combination 3DLacu a > and PVA glue ( a > etc.). Spray paint to print the cooled surface, let it dry and then apply to the same place a layer of solid adhesive. After heating the print area, you can start printing. If you or this combination does not work, try Magigoo PA with whom we nylon with very good experience. Also remember to brim sufficiently large (1-2 cm depending on the size of the object).
In the nylon it is also important to avoid drafts, very happy then shrinks and thus is peeled from the pad. So if you have a closed box, put around the printer for printing nylon cardboard box, or something else to create a makeshift wall around the press area. P>
