Description material: PA, Nylon is a synthetic polymer, thermoplastic, very durable material that is used to print extremely robust and heavy duty truck parts. It is made from coal, air and water. The fibers of nylon PA are heavy, have high tensile strength, elasticity and shine. Nylon has very poor adhesion to the print substrate. It is flexible in thin layers, but with very high bonding (adhesion) between the layers. Its low coefficient of friction and high temperature melting is an excellent choice for printing the functional and technical parts. It is very hygroscopic, meaning it rapidly absorbs water from the air. To print nylon succeed, it must be dry fiber. If not dry, the bubbles arising on the material. Dry nylon fiber prints smooth objects with shiny surfaces. Processing temperature of nylon is 230-280 DEG C.
